As a result of the large number of students transitioning to colleges with disabilities, it is important that teachers, school staff, students, and parents understand the tools that can support students as they transition, as well as what the timeline looks like for a smooth transition from K-12 to postsecondary education.

1. As a result of this webinar, attendees will know the timeline for students to take to successfully prepare themselves for transition to higher education.
2. Participants will gain the knowledge of free and online tools that will help to document the student’s preparedness with AT tools as they transition to postsecondary education.
3. Participants will be able to take the tools and the timeline and implement them with students to help facilitate a successful transition of students moving forward.
