Teachers therapists and support staff struggle with providing support to students who have significant disabilities and use AAC in the typically classroom and often it is not used. This presentation provides guidelines of how to make that happen.

Participants will be able to describe at least three examples of adaptations to support core word instruction within activities or lessons
Participants will be able describe at least three examples of adaptations to support social engagement and participation within the classroom
