Supporting Emergent and Basic Math on the iPad

May 7, 2020

In order for students to learn the basic math skills, they need to develop the pre-requisite or emergent math skills. Once they have these pre-requisite skills, they can begin working on basic math skills. The basic math skills are critical for skills they will need to be successful on daily life such as telling time, cooking, maintaining schedules, shopping and following a map. These are skill every student should develop to be as independent as possible.
