There is a tendency to think of the use of two-way video as a tool for telemedicine. But, in education, platforms like Zoom and Google Hangouts can be used in a variety of ways to provide support services. Educators have been slow to adopt remote strategies and need examples and information to help them understand the benefits of this type of technology use.

- Participants will be able to describe at least three research-based outcomes of providing remote AT services.
- Participants will be able to identify three negative aspects of remote AT services.
- Participants will be able to list five features of a video conference platform that should be considered before adoption of the platform.
