Professionals need to maintain being current on the evidence and assistive technology products as interventions for individuals with severe disabilities. Professionals need to build knowledge and skills on best practices for the selection, assessment, and implementation for a range of assistive technology products and service in a wide variety of settings.

Learning Outcomes:
- Participants will learn about and use the quality indicators to assess administrative support for AT.
- Participants will learn about multiple roles of leadership and how they serve as leaders in AT services at their program.
- Participants will identify 3 strategies to increase their practice as leaders in assistive technology.
