Literacy for Students with Multiple Disabilities

Description:
Students with a wide variety of cognitive, physical and sensory disabilities are not receiving a well-rounded literacy education due to lack of specific teacher training on interventions. This webinar will help attendees identify what accommodations would help their students, as well as what method of instruction will allow the learner the best access to literacy across their day.

Learning Outcomes:
Participants will be able to identify what strategies will best help their students to engage in a comprehensive literacy curriculum.
Participants will be able to plan a program for their students that involves daily literacy activities including reading and writing.
