Learning Outcomes:

1. Participants will become knowledgeable about the employment title of the ADA, how to recognize a request for accommodation and various types of accommodations that may be implemented throughout the employment life cycle.
2. Participants will become knowledgeable about how to incorporate requirements of the ADA and its amendments into effective accommodation practice.
3. Participants will become knowledgeable about the Job Accommodation Network (JAN) service, Website, and related resources. 
4. Participants will become knowledgeable about the hiccups and glitches that may arise during the implementation of various job accommodations.
5. Participants will become knowledgeable about the job accommodation process and the steps necessary for successful implementation.
