Education has changed dramatically and one thing we know is that instructional technology must be available, accessible, and integrated with AT accommodations for students with disabilities to have an equal educational experience. This brave new world demands AT leadership, capacity building, and collaboration across special and general education programs like never before.

Learning Outcomes:
Participants will be able to use a research-based model to apply four leadership traits to build AT capacity and facilitate systems change within their agency.
Participants will identify areas for improved human, organizational, structural, and materials capacity of to provide AT services in education.
Participants will create an actional plan with goals and improvement strategies to increase capacity.
