Every October, we recognize and celebrate National Disability Employment Awareness Month (NDEAM). This year, we are excited to host a panel discussion with three individuals with disabilities who are utilizing workplace accommodations! This panel discussion will celebrate NDEAM by highlighting the experiences, perspectives, and advice of employees with physical disabilities. Panelists will reflect upon how workplaces can support and empower employees. They will share lessons from their professional journeys and provide strategies for promoting inclusion and recognizing diverse talents.
