Description:

We all understand children can get bored in school however, by giving students choice in how they communicate and a purpose, the way they look at learning is flipped. Book Creator allows this by offering a blank canvas in which children can use various multimedia tools to showcase their learning in a way that is suited to them and most importantly, fun! They can they publish their book online for the world to see which is super motivating for children, as it gives them a global platform rather than just taking their work home for an audience of maybe 2 or 3.

Learning Outcomes:

Students who have difficulty typing can dictate text in 120 different languages

Students who are deaf or have difficulty hearing can add captions to videos in 120 different languages

Add transcripts to audio recordings in multiple languages to help improve accessibility

Students who are blind, have low vision or have hand tremors can fully navigate using the keyboard over a mouse

Students/teachers who rely on screen readers to interact with the web are fully supported when using Book Creator

Students who have difficulty reading can have their book read to them, in multiple languages, with word highlighting and varied speed levels.
