Advances in 3-D printing and the decreasing cost of acquiring these technologies have led to the emergence of innovative applications in 3-D printing in rehabilitation and assistive technologies. We are currently seeing not only an evolution but also a revolution in the area of 3-D printing in our field. It allows us to provide customized and personalized solutions for those we serve. We can provide solutions from custom-made prosthetics, personalized mounting systems to customized curricular supports. The importance of customization cannot be understated. Customization and personalization will continue to grow as a major trend in our industry. This webinar will look at the latest trend of 3-D printing.
