Description:

This 3-hour course is intended to be an overview of the various access options within Grid as well as basic editing functions. We will cover eye gaze, switch, pointer, and touch access. We will also discuss a couple of tools that may be of benefit when teaching access methods. In addition, we will look at how to edit a cell, change a picture, add a grid and other basic functions.

Learning Outcomes:

Learners will be able to name two access methods available in Grid. 

Learners will be able to name at least one tool that can be used to help an AAC user learn how to use eye gaze. 

Learners will be able to describe the process to make two different edits to a button.
