The landscape of special education is increasingly defined by a growing administrative burden, with Individualized Education Program (IEP) paperwork often consuming hours that could otherwise be spent in direct student intervention. As “paperwork burnout” becomes a leading factor in educators leaving the field, the integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) offers a transformative solution.
