Description:

This 180-minute course is intended to be a demonstration and discussion of the Grid software, and Talk to Me Technologies’ AAC devices, processes, and procedures. The session involves a demonstration and discussion of the software and hardware features of several devices including the Wego 5A, Talk Pad Wego 8, Talk Pad Wego 10, Wego 13, Grid Pad Go 10, Grid Pad 13, and Grid Pad 16 speech generating devices (SGD).  This session will continue on to cover a variety of vocabulary files specific to case studies introduced.

Learning Outcomes:

Participants will demonstrate increased familiarity with the Grid software.

Participants will gain familiarity with basic programmable Grid commands.

Participants will explore the different access customization settings.
