Beliefs shape student outcomes. When educators hold high expectations and provide meaningful literacy opportunities, students with complex learning profiles rise to the challenge. This webinar, Beyond Limits: High Expectations = High Impact with Emergent Literacy Instruction, explores the power of belief-driven instruction and the critical role of high-quality literacy practices. Grounded in the principles of Comprehensive Literacy for All and the current science of reading research, this session challenges educators to examine their assumptions about student potential and reimagine what is possible when every learner is given access to rich literacy experiences. Participants will gain an understanding of how daily emergent literacy interventions can foster communication, comprehension, and engagement for all students, regardless of disability or perceived limitations. Through real-world success stories, this webinar will highlight the transformative impact of inclusive literacy instruction, demonstrating how students who were once thought to have limited literacy potential have thrived when given the right opportunities.
